Return Policy
Within 3 days of receiving your order, you can return it or some products if these conditions are met:
If you have met the above requirements, contact us within 3 days of receiving the order and our team will coordinate with you and receive the products from you within 14 working days.
The value of the product(s) will be returned (order shipping fees will not be refunded) after receiving the products from the shipping companies within 14 working days.
Products from these categories cannot be returned for health reasons: all cosmetics, skin care, hair care, personal care, vitamins, nutritional supplements, discounted products, and special offers.
Replacement Policy
We cannot exchange any of your purchases unless you receive a product other than the one ordered or the product is received unusable. In this case, the product will be withdrawn and replaced with the same product or its value will be compensated.
Images of some products may differ from the actual product image. The product is not considered different unless its name, size, or components differ from the description stated on the product.

In case of pre-order
When you place a pre-order through our website, we would like to inform you that the product you have selected will be shipped the next day from the availability date.
Please note that if there is any delay in the delivery of the product for any reason, we will inform you immediately with a new delivery date.

Cancel order
You can cancel the order before shipping is completed by contacting us.
In the event of a cancellation request after the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or any amounts related to the order refunded.
Recharge the order
Any order returned to us by our representatives or shipping companies cannot be reshipped, whether due to the customer's refusal to receive the order, or the customer's inability to be reached by phone, text message, or WhatsApp.
